UPDATE: More tickets for the Sigur Ros show at the Greek Theatre on October 2 have been released.

After announcing the release of their new album, með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust (With a Buzz in Our Ears We Play Endlessly), Sigur Ros are currently on a U.S. tour. The remaining U.S. tour schedule is below.

Tues 30th – Tempe, The Marquee

OCTOBER
Wed 1st San Diego, Copley Symphony Hall
Thu 2nd Los Angeles, The Greek Theatre
Fri 3rd – Berkeley, The Greek Theatre
Sun 5th – Seattle, Benaroya Hall
Mon 6th – Portland, Arlene Schnitzer Theatre

    According to Ticketmaster, the price we paid for the GA Klink tix would be for either the pit or Section A. So, pit it is! 🙂
    Was anyone successful for the presale this morning? I tried to see if I could pull up anything decent for a friend, but had no luck.
    Curiously, I haven’t heard if Klink will offer San Diego tickets before the official onsale tomorrow.

    How do we know for sure that GA means you are in the pit?
    I wish Ticketmaster would just be more specific about the seats when you buy them. Blaauuuurrrrgggh!

    It still works – Just tried it now and pulled up a pair in Section C.
    You need to enter the password under “Promotions and Special Offers.”

    I’m referring to the Portland date, but I don’t think it makes a difference. I select two tickets, and enter GOBBLEDIGOOK in the box next to it and hit find tickets, and it says, “Password not in system.”
    Grr.

    Portland password is “Verizon.” 🙂 Didn’t check to see if anything was left, though. But, it does work!
