UPDATE: In another one of the Getty’s awesome free events, the museum has scheduled two local favorites to perform and DJ!
She Wants Revenge will do a DJ set while Monsters Are Waiting will perform at the Getty on August 29, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
And this time, no reservation is necessary. Though the event is free, parking is $8.
This will be the museum’s last Friday event (Fridays Off the 405) before it changes to Saturday (yep, Saturdays Off the 405).
The Monsters Are Waiting performance is also slotted as a CD release party. According to the band’s MySpace, the new EP will be out on Kanine Records.
