UPDATE: Cold War Kids have announced the follow-up to acclaimed debut Robbers & Cowards. The band’s second album, entitled Loyalty to Loyalty, will be released Sept. 23 from Downtown Records.
Cold War Kids is embarking on a world tour in support of the new tunes, which will have them traveling until the end of the year. To preview some of the new material, the band will perform at the R Bar in Koreatown TONIGHT, July 25. According to The Guide, no time has been set yet. Password: Arrr! But if you aren’t keen on trying to get into the 80-person-capacity bar, Cold War Kids also have a show scheduled in Los Angeles on August 23. As reported earlier, Cold War Kids will perform at the annual Sunset Junction Street Fair. Tickets are still available for both days on Ticketweb.
