As a special thank you to all their fans, Cold War Kids is offering EP Mulberry Street as a free download. Currently out of print, the EP features six songs recorded before Robbers & Cowards. According to singer Nathan Willett, “Cold War Kids recorded three, six-song EPs before releasing Robbers & Cowards. The first of the three EPs is called Mulberry Street. It was recorded in a day in M. Wignall’s garage/studio for some design job favors from (bassist Matt) Maust and sixty bucks.”
