To help raise money for some worthy causes, Waxploitation has launched the first release in its Causes album series.
The Causes 1 album includes some notable Scenestar favorites, including Animal Collective, The Black Keys, Bloc Party and Bright Eyes, to help raise money for three non-profit organizations helping in the Darfur crisis.
100% of the proceeds from album sales will go toward Doctors Without Borders, Human Rights Watch and Oxfam America.
Causes 1 will be available digitally on iTunes for only 90 days beginning on Nov. 27. Waxploitation also will press a limited-edition CD, which can be pre-ordered by signing up at www.waxploitation.com/signup.
