Fans looking forward to seeing Malcolm McCormick (aka Mac Miller) on Halloween were disappointed to hear of his passing, but that doesn't mean that there won't be another opportunity to hear his music played live again. Mac Miller's family, along with Christian and Kelly Clancy of 4 Strikes Management, have announced "Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life" concert to benefit and honor the launch of the Mac Miller Circles Fund (MMCF). The concert will take place Wednesday, October 31st at the Greek Theatre with a lineup that includes Action Bronson, Anderson .Paak, Chance the Rapper, Dylan Reynolds, Domo Genesis, Earl Sweatshirt, J.I.D, John Mayer, Miguel, Njomza, ScHoolboy Q, SZA, Thundercat, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, Vince Staples, and many more.
Tickets for the Mac Miller tribute show at the Greek Theatre will go on sale on Friday, October 5th at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster for $39.50 to $200 each plus service fees for the all-ages show. Net proceeds from ticket sales will be donated directly to MMCF, established in association with the Pittsburgh Foundation.
