The fourth annual festival will be held at The Park at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum today, with headliners Snoop Dogg and Tyler the Creator. Also scheduled to perform are Jhene Aiko, Atmosphere, Danny Brown, Flying Lotus, The Internet, Mac Miller, OFWGKTA, Willow Smith, and Tokimonsta, among others.
