Arcade Fire has already announced that it will release third studio album The Suburbs on Aug. 2 in the U.K. and Aug. 3 in North America through Merge Records. And now we have found out it’s one of the band’s most track-heavy albums to date—at 16 songs! Some of these songs are already floating around, and we at The Scenestar can’t wait to hear the rest. You can pre-order the new album right now via Arcade Fire’s Online Store, which entitles you to two MP3s of tracks “The Suburbs” and “Month of May.”
As of now, Lollapalooza is the closest you’ll get to seeing Arcade Fire, but we’ll keep you posted on any dates closer to Los Angeles. The album track listing is available below.
